We sat at the bar, and our server was very pleasant and attentive. Our Caribbean salad, OldTimer's burger, Margherita flat bread, and Skillet Cookie were great, and the prices were reasonable.
I have been craving chilli's so decided to go this past weekend it was terrible. Not only was the light over us filled with dust and food inside but there was a couple things I didn't like. When carrying out drinks some ice had fallen and the waitress stopped and put the ice back into one of the cups with her hand before serving it someone. The same waitress was making a drink at the bar and dropped the mixing cup into the glass she then reached in a grabbed it out. This drink was also finished and served to someone. I will not be back to this chilli's again I will go to a nearby location next time.
This is the worst chili's that I have ever been. I tried once couple months ago and decided to give it another try today. Both times were disgusting. The first time the food was horrible but the server was ok. This time both things were the worst of the worst. I was about to walk out of the restaurant after the chips and salsa. The server was rude, nasty and inefficient. The food took more than 20 minutes and my order wasn't even conplete. I love chili's in every other place but this one should be removed from the company because is destroying their good reputation.
We love going to Chili's when in Florida and decided to go to this one in Niagara Falls, NY while visiting from the Great White North. It was a real lunchbag letdown. They don't have the same extensive Mexican menu selections, just a few items, they don't have the 2 for 1 beer I am used to getting, and it's more like a basic burger joint than a Mexican food restaurant. The Mexican dishes we ordered were lacking in flavour and didn't taste fresh. Tables had empty dishes on them, the bathrooms were in need of cleaning, latches on the bathroom stalls we're missing, and it showed all the typical signs of poor management. The only good part of our visit was a very nice waitress.
Food is very salty and greasy... if you r into that then ull love it! People with weak stomach will regret eating there.
