This Post Office costs me $38 due a mistake by their clerk. You would expect when you would ask if postage was satisfactory you would get a correct answer. Not only to find out on the recipients end that an additional amount would be needed to pick up. USE FEDEX! I'll never use this office again.

Do not go here for your mail!!! They will lose your mail or tell you it get put in "other bin" and then it ends up going missing. These people are fraudsters and thieves, they answer the phone with different names and aliases and so one person named "Patrick" also introduces himself as "Erin". Ladies have done similar things and act like they can't hear you. Do not go here.

It's a miracle I get my packages at all! I'd give it 0 stars, but Google won't let me. I told them to hold a package for me so I could pick it up in person, they said they would. When I got there, they said my package was on a truck out for delivery, so I went home and waited, the status on the package said "delivery attempted", when the employee never came to my door. I called them again and they said they had it at the building the whole time. And another package they were supposed to deliver was never attempted. I've been home every time I was supposed to get a package and each time, no knock on the door, nothing. They just drove right by and said "delievey attempted". And a couple days ago, I tried calling them 5 times in the same day, no answer at all. DO. NOT. USE. THIS. POSTAL SERVICE!!!

We will be filing a lawsuit against these pieces of sh**. All they do is laugh and mock people who call them and have the nerve to actually tell me it was MY FAULT that my 5,000$ shipment was lost and that "I should be home" when clearly this package was signed for by a relative. They do not follow their own policy and there was explicit instructions that this package would be signed for by a cousin and written approval and written validation he would be signing. They don't even *require* this information. They are being assholes for no reason. There WILL BE an investigation into them for sure!

This place is retarded. Nobody picks up the phone and all the ladies here have a bad attitude.
