Big and nice sports bar with lots of tv showing a variety of sport channels and average food, complimented with slow service. They were "understaffed" and tables weren't cleaned for most of the hour we were there. Our waitress was nice and I'm sure there are good waiters there but definately did not see the good services we were expecting. Lots of staff standing around and the restaurant was a mess. It took over 40 minutes for food to arrive. One of the wings were overly seasoned but did not want to ask to have it remade because we didn't want to deal with the wait for another batch.
Server was very nice, however, took half hour to have bar make 2 drinks. Waitress apologetic. Several seats had huge rips in them and we asked for another seat. Table not very clean. Enjoyed the food but wont be going back.
All in all, probably wouldn't return to this location.
Delicious food! Manager stopped to see how everything was and told us what he loved about our order.
Worst BWW experience I ever had. Waited 45 mins at our table to order after waiter said it would be a minute. Then he messed up my entire order. We i told him I ordered boneless, not traditional he brought back what only can be described as crumbs. Then I was over charged. Horrible!
Horrible experience will never recommend. The host took our name down and they promptly forgot about us until we mention it. After getting a table we waited a very long time to order and over 45mins for our wings. During this time there were 2 messy tables that were left with garbage for a good hour before someone cleared it. The wings weren't anything special, the Thai wings were very salty. Next time we will wait the 40mins for Olive Garden.
