no heavy machines.. only cable machines... didnt like it
Please be aware! You will not be notified when you have reached your yearly commitment. $39.00 will be deducted from your account for the next year. When you go in to cancel your membership for the next year you will not be reimbursed for the 39.00. The fee is for the next year. I cancelled my membership on June 1 and that same day the 39.00 was taken out of my account. I called and I was told I would not be reimbursed and there is no corroborate number to call. I was told that a district manager would call me. Nothing! Lesson learned, please watch your due date. I would give notice of your membership cancelation on the first day of your membership to avoid this happening.
The gym is really clean and the people are friendly. The only thing I recommend is the gym putting in a daycare center for parents with kids so the parents can come workout!!

The whole facility is always really clean. Staff are always pleasant and helpful. So far I have never seen any broken or wear-worn equipment. The members seem to be friendlier than most gyms I've belonged to, and they also seem more willing to clean equipment and maps off after use. The members are more respectful to take care of free weights during and after use and overall seem to be there more for fitness than to "show off." A really comfortable work out environment than other gyms I've gone to. Think I will stay!
