I was in the Niagara Falls area and decided to stop in to Raymour and Flanigan to look for an area rug for my living room. I had never been in that location prior to that day. I found a carpet that I absolutely loved and took home a sample piece to see how it looked in my home. It was perfect (even though my husband didn't like it very much). I went back on a Friday around 11:30 AM and ordered the carpet. The sales person, Mandy, wasn't sure how long it would take for delivery but since I wasn't in a real hurry I didn't worry about it. The very next day, at 10:30 AM, I was walking out my door and a Fedex truck was backing into my driveway. I asked the driver if he was delivering a carpet and he said yes. I told him I hadn't even ordered it 24 hours ago! Wow! What service! Many and the manager, Mr. Seifert was so wonderful and accommodating. I was definitely shop there in the future!
Come here before you buy at their retail store. You will save a lot of money !!

I was in this store for over a half hour with my two children and no one offered to help me.Probably because I dont look like someone who has a lot of money . I work very hard for what I have to spend. When I was finally offered help it was by the store manager who was extremely unfriendly and rushed me without explaining the product at all .He gave me an annoyed sigh every time I asked a question. At this point if I could retrieve back the money I spent at this super unfriendly store I would. I will not be shopping there again nor will I recommend them to anyone else. Thanks
