Everybody at this location are very helpful. They know how to satisfy their customer. I highly recommend this location for wash and car detailing. They do not finish their job until customer is completely satisfied. I am very happy with them.
Maurice is WONDERFUL. He did an amazing job and did it all with a smile and a great attitude. Compared to the other 3 staff members I came in contact with, who were not bad, he was by far the best. As long as he keeps that great attitude and a good work ethic, he will go very far. The wash was good but it's truly the people who put it over the top. Thank you Maurice!
I have been coming to this location for years the service. Was great I don't know what has happened but the service and customer service has went down. Brought my new dodge truck in several times pay big money and tip very well and my truck is not clean then I watched the detail guy fling my door open and hit cleaning station chip the paint and put a dent in my door.he looks around to see if anyone was watching.i walk up to him he says your all set sir. I told him what about my door he looks at me I told him I watched you do it. Fill out claim form it has been 2 weeks not heard from them so I will let my insurance take care of it
Terrible job... paid almost 40 bucks for 30 minute interior. Inside glass was all smeared worse than it was before I went in. Half of the windshield had glass cleaner sprayed on it and not even wiped! Did not vacuum thoroughly Didn’t do under the seats at all. I was a unlimited member and stopped my services because they could never get Wheel wells and running boards clean completely. Dirt in the door jams. I’ve been going there since they opened the first one in buffalo and quality has gone way way down since then.
I took my Chevy Silverado 2500HD to this location for an oil change. They left me 1 Quart shot on oil, they rev my truck right to the red line for about 15 sec, and to top it all off they didn't even change my oil filter!!!!!!!! The reason I know it was the old filter was that I usually do my own oil changes, and I write the date of when I change the filter on the side of the oil filter. Avoid this place at all coast!!! even getting a car wash here is trash!!!
